What to expect during your first visit

During your first appointment with an osteopath, we’ll start by taking a detailed case history, followed by an examination. From there, we’ll create a diagnosis and treatment plan tailored to your needs and goals. In most cases, we’ll provide hands-on treatment during the session, or refer you if necessary.
