Greetings and Salutations

Here we are at the end of another year! Last weekend we had our Christmas party, part of which was lunch at Gundaroo. It was so nice to see everyone laughing and relaxing together.

2024 has been a good year at NCO. We completed quite a few projects, including renovations to the reception area, and a new clinic website. Our team have done a fantastic job this year. I’m really excited for the next 12 months, and we’ve got plenty to look forward to in 2025, including some new team members and some fun projects.

This was our third year working at Motherhub in Queanbeyan, where we provide osteopathic care for babies who are having trouble feeding. At Hackett we’re all osteos, so being part of the Motherhub team exposes us to ideas and knowledge, and they’re a lovely bunch.

I wanted to give a special end of year thankyou to Betsy, our clinic lead. The clinic is immeasurably better because of her high standards and hard work. Thanks Betsy.

Christmas and New Years Hours: Our last treating day for this year is Saturday 21st December and then we’ll be back in action from Friday 3rd January.

AI phone answering system: Our AI receptionist ‘Sarah’ is getting better! She can tell you what time your appointment is, she can book, cancel or reschedule appointments, and pass on messages to us. If you need to call us and it’s out of office hours – why not press option 1 and give it a whirl?
